Job Duties

  • Work with the Executive Board to create a season budget.
  • Work with the Board to secure grants and sponsorships form the community.
  • Implement ideas and request made by the board for the better of the Playhouse.
  • Make all purchases need for productions.
  • Lead all Production Meetings.
  • Secure volunteer show crew as needed.
  • Make recommendations to the Board.
  • Bring new technologies and techniques to grow the company and production value.
  • Serve as the producer of each show.
  • Find Directors for each show.
  • Schedule the season.
  • Order Scripts
  • Organize Historical Records.
  • Assist in Brochures.
  • Liaison between the park service and the playhouse.
  • Check phone messages.
